    In a hot, dry summer an uncovered pool can lose several millimetres of depth a day to evaporation - on a 70 m² pool that is tens of cubic metres over a season, before backwash.

Common questions

Is the snapshot really free?
Yes. The Water Snapshot is free and there is no engineering commitment. Aquiterum is independent: we sell no equipment and take no commission from installers, so the snapshot has nothing to steer you towards.
Do I need my water bill to start?
No. Every figure can be modelled from your property characteristics. If you do have a metered annual figure, entering it upgrades the snapshot from modelled to measured and tightens every band that follows.
Will someone try to sell me a system afterwards?
No. The output is a pre-feasibility read plus a short measurement plan. If it points to something worth doing, you take it to a qualified specialist of your choosing - we do not refer, resell or take commission.
Is my property too small for this to be worth doing?
Rarely. On small rental properties the pool and garden dominate the bill, and those are exactly the demands that recovered water can serve. The snapshot scales recovery against those specific uses rather than against total intake, so a small saving still reads as what it covers.
What if the pool or garden is shared across several units?
Enter the shared pool and planted area once and give the total number of bedrooms across the units that share it. The snapshot then reflects the block as one property, which is how the water actually behaves.
What do I do with the result?
Start with the measurement plan - usually a handful of cheap checks you can do yourself. Once those numbers exist, the snapshot becomes a credible brief for a plumber, pool engineer or water specialist, instead of a sales conversation you walk into blind.
