Qualified introductions
Aquiterum does not take a percentage of a specialist's project value. Specialists pay a fixed fee only when they choose to accept a qualified introduction.

Aquiterum charges no equipment commission and no percentage of the final project.
How an introduction actually happens
- A property completes an assessment.
- The property explicitly requests specialist help.
- We identify relevant specialists by geography, expertise, property type, project type, language and declared capacity.
- Those specialists receive an anonymised introduction preview.
- The preview never exposes the owner's direct contact details.
- The specialist decides whether to accept.
- Only on acceptance does the fixed introduction fee become payable.
- After payment is confirmed, the agreed contact details are released.
A standard opportunity is shared with at most two specialists. This is not an open marketplace where ten firms chase one enquiry.
Professional subscriptions provide workflow tools and lower introduction fees. They do not affect specialist ranking.
Independent by design
Aquiterum does not manufacture water systems, sell equipment, or take a percentage of installation value. Recommendations are driven by property data, evidence quality and opportunity logic - not commercial relationships.
